"Collectively WE can make a difference to end gun violence"
Unfortunately we hear daily of the gun violence plaguing our cities and communities throughout RI leaving families broken, children without their father(s) and/or mother(s) and parents are burying their children in alarming numbers. We are becoming so decensitized that many just look the other way and feel it's NOT their problem. Gun violence, VIOLENCE as a whole, is EVERYONE'S problem.
In our continued efforts to make a difference in the lives of our youth and our communities, I ask you to come out and join the Steven K Latimer Memorial Foundation and Chef Phyllis from "Blaze" for a night of dinner, music & entertainment while supporting a great cause. We will have music by DJ Brandon Michael Clark, performances by Mike Rollins, Chops Turner, Amy Johnson & Comedian Dale Cover. We will hear from Rep. Marcia Ranglin-Vassel and you will have an opportunity to hear from people in the community working to make a difference.
This event will help support the Foundation's commitment to helping our youth by providing scholarships for those whose lives have been directly or indirectly impacted by violence.
Seating is limited, so get your tickets today.
